UB Athletics

Renzo Gracie Academy

Greenpoint Branch of the Renzo Gracie Academy hosted a Women's Self-Defense Seminar for the Community on March 19. Arthan Bender, an instructor from the Academy, was the guest instructor. The seminar was organized by Chen and Bandeira after several clients asked. The two have been training together since 2003 and practice at minimum twice per day.
